  These are a good replacment and work ok except they filter through very slowly so if you fill the kettle you need to wait for the water to filter.

  Replacement Filter 29 November 2017

  The filters I received via post are not the same as the filters that came with my original Morphy Richards kettle. The water takes longer to filter through to the boiling area. Switching on the kettle before the water has filtered through, results in the water not being boiled at all. There is also difference in design at the bottom of the filter. This difference, in my opinion, results in a longer filtration period.

  They fit our Britta jug perfectly and although we have to use the adapter it can easily be removed for a genuine Britta filter if required. They appear to work just as well as the original and we have four for the price of three. Will certainly buy again.

  Filters are a slightly different outwardly but they seem to do an excellent job. The fitting / use instructions are clear enough, if a little protracted but hey-ho .... it's not rocket science! All good so far and wouldn't hesitate to buy again when the time comes.
