  Pretty good within limits 09 January 2018

  Well made and very strong, it will hold four wine glasses or six champagne (long stem) glasses, just one issue is that the stem holders need to be used with a "definite" effort or the glasses stem can pop out if not entirely engaged, but overall a good item and washes glasses very safely.

  Whilst this item does the job, it is much bigger than expected, making it difficult to fit in the dishwasher, but then only holds 8 glasses.

  A very useful purchase but design could be improved 01 March 2016

  This is a very sturdy and good quality product and will be very useful when entertaining. Some very tall champagne glasses are very difficult to wash well by hand and I never risk just standing them directly in the dishwasher for fear they will tumble. So this separate basket is ideal for this purpose and it is easy to click each glass into place. My only gripe is that it could have been better designed. I fiddled around for ages before finding a spot in the dishwasher which would accommodate it in a stable way. The base of the basket when the two flaps are open is not flat but slightly curved upwards which means the basket is quite unstable and rocks back and forth if you cannot wedge it in some way. I collapsed the prongs on the bottom tray of my dishwasher and rested the basket on top but it still wobbled until I managed to wedge it against the side of the tray. I had previously tried threading the prongs of the dishwasher through the holes in the basket but the gaps in the basket did not coincide . Still good value at the price and I will keep it to wash my very tall and slim champagne glasses as I like them to be sparkling !

  Good but!! 01 March 2016

  Very good product, made by Electrolux so quality and value excellent. However, you can only use it opened out fully for 8 glasses if your dishwasher has single plate spikes. If they are double (I think most are) you can only open one side unless the spikes are very wide apart - check before you buy!
