  Bought for a Bosch avantixx 8 tumble dryer , easy to fit with the 3 self tapping screws but there is the Bosch design defect as the plastic fittings for the screws snap after time. This handle is an economic replacement.

  I ordered the compatible part hoping it would fit. It was indistinguishable from the OEM. It was easy to fit once I had found out how to remove the screws from the broken off plastic lugs. Note that you do need to have the correct size TORX driver to undo the screws; with this it was a ten minute job.

  When I see, “compatible,” warning bells sound. With this product the quality is the same as the genuine article but at about half the price. Watch Matt’s demo and it’s easy to fit. Make sure you have, or know someone who has the right screwdriver heads. I found it not easy to part the inner and outer door skins but that’s my old arthritic hands. Delivery was good. Saved a call out.
