  Not normally one to take the time to write a review but espares have been brilliant. I fixed my own tumble dryer using their tutorial, I ordered the wrong part initially which was refunded (less postage - fair enough), new part arrived swiftly and easy to fit with the video. Thank you, great service!

  Straight New Replacement 15 March 2016

  Very impressed at quality of unit, substantial and solid. Thought the price a little steep but it was a good replacement for the damaged original and i am delighted at the additional heat i seem to be getting now, so the original must have been deteriorating for quite some time.

  Installation was much simplified by watching video first 27 November 2015

  Although I would have figured it out I saved time by watching the video on heater fault diagnosis and then the installation video. Excellent order and delivery service, item was out of stock at time of order but came straight after due in stock time.

  Part fitted easily and works perfectly, speed of delivery was disappointing with no next day options for Northern Ireland, also was a bit expensive for a beko part but overall a positive purchase. Royal Mail special delivery is available for Northern Ireland , just a suggestion for future purchases.

  Our tumble drier started blowing the fuse box and no longer heating. Took a punt that it was the heater element. Easy to replace - 10 minutes to change out, mainly due to the number of screws on the backing plate (and why use 4 different kinds?). All back together again and working perfectly.
