  Coffee breaks restored 01 April 2015

  We were really disappointed when the top broke off the knob assembly on our Dualit coffee maker. However, having found espares via Google we were delighted to see the exact replacement we needed. The spares arrived promptly and were very simple to fit, restoring our sorely missed coffee breaks!!! Good quality / value for money.

  The replacement knob assembly is identical to the original. However this is my fourth replacement of the plastic knob which means the quality of the product needs improving.

  Unexpectedly easy to source! 09 October 2013

  I was amazed at how easy it was to find this part. I was expecting a long trawl on the internet, to eventually find it, highly priced, on the other side of the world. So when I found it quickly on espares at a very reasonable price, I was most chuffed! The part arrived quickly and was very easy to fit. Espares also threw in a free pen, fridge magnet and wine voucher - what a great company!

  We have had a couple of these Dualit coffee makers over many years. These parts last about 5 years before failing. Easy to fit and great value compared to buying a new coffee maker.
