  An annoying part 06 October 2021

  This arrived in good order and on time. The problem is that this part is subject to a recurrent fault. Every two years or so the plastic nut corrodes as does the plastic bolt. It then has to be replaced. I am pleased that eSpares was able to source a replacement. ESpares service is excellent. The firm obviously is not responsible for a design fault such as that noted above.

  Pleased with the item but sorry about the long delay ordered in July received in October. No information given and I had to email for reason for delay. Bought other items from spares so accepting this may be a one off problem

  Just what I needed 17 March 2020

  I needed to replace the knob assembly on my Dualit percolator because the plastic nut which holds it together cracked. I have been using the device nearly every day for the last 11 years so it has seen good service.
