  Great purchase. Tumble dryer button broke. Got quoted £80 call out + parts to repair. Looked up button and housing on website which was really user friendly and easy. Parts reasonably priced. Parts arrived promptly and were exactly the right spec. Fitted in 30 mins and job done. I have no technical skills what so ever but this website makes it very easy to find exactly what you are looking for and parts are decent spec. Would definitely recommend.

  quick fix 04 May 2019

  I googled "tumble dryer button won't work" and video came up to show how to fix. Have used espares before for a similar problem with washing machine. Sent for the tumble dryer light guide set. This little peice of plastic has solved the problem and tumble dryer is now working - so easy with a bit of help from you tube!

  Replaced with ease 09 May 2017

  Was a bit of a tricky job but it's the second time I've had to do this on my tumble drier so wasn't and fiddly this time. I bought this about a year ago as the same thing happened again and I'm glad I did as it would probably cos a fortune to get it repaired.

  Exact match of Replacement Part 26 September 2016

  This is an exact duplicate of the original part so will fix any problems you have with the original. For example the issue I had was a broken start button caused by the plastic leaver snapping, as this is a duplicate part I can see this re-occurring sometime in the future. I had a similar issue with the light guide on another product (Dishwasher) and they made a levers separate because of this very same snapping issue on the newer replacement parts so something to consider by the manufacturer.

  Fixed my dryer 11 May 2016

  My start switch stopped working and when I took the front panel off the dryer I saw that one of the pieces of plastic on the light guide had broken off and no amount of pressing was going to engage the microswitch. Light guide replaced pretty easily although the plastic securing clips are a little flimsy (or maybe I'm heavy handed) as I broke 2 of them although there are still plenty to hold it in. All in all a good part which got the dryer going again.

  this item was very good value but in my opinion a bad design as the reason for purchase was that the original snapped after constant use over aperiod of time meaning a replacement was required as the machine would not work without it however it was very good value and promptly delivered thanks to espares
