  The first part arrived very promptly however it broke after a couple of weeks. I rang and a replacement was sent immediately. I have returned the broken part to them and only time will tell if this new one is more robust. I have nothing but praise for the efficient way my order and follow up complaint were dealt with. I will certainly use this company again.
