  The rear rail caps that I ordered for my dishwasher fitted perfectly. I thought they were a wee bit expensive for what they are and I also had to wait quite some time for them to arrive. I was going to cancel them because of this because at the time of ordering I wasn’t informed that it would take that long. It was only after I had confirmed the purchase I was told of the time it was going to be for delivery. Other than that I would recommend eSpares as I have had lots of other parts from them with no problems at all.

  Exactly what I needed to replace this part that had snapped. The pin is a bit longer then what I had but still does the job! Thought it was a little expensive for a small piece of plastic but still worth the money!

  Had no problem finding this part using dishwasher model number and image of the part. Communication from espares was good - letting me know there was a delay due to them awaiting stock. When the pack of 2 parts arrived. They were easy to fit.

  Good price, reasonable delivery costs. very prompt service. Product was easy to fit, but suspect that the same problem will occur. The stress put on the end cap when the top rack is pulled forward when loading, usually several times a day on a daily basis will probably cause it to snap again. Quick processing and delivery of item.
