  I have ordered from e-spares in the past and found the staff are always helpful and they have YouTube instructions which I find it very helpful as it tells you clear and simple to follow.Delivery is very good as they text you when to expect the delivery.

  this bit was just right (picked via model number and dispatched first class) and delivered quickly, took a while to fit as I am not a pro but went on finally.It would be nice to see a few more tips on the in-store videos as all the machines are very different.My bosch unit has blanks where the screws are mentioned on the video and it led to a lot of head-scratching.On the whole the video gave me the confidence to attempt the job and although it took longer than expected it was a worthwhile experience.
