  The service from e spares was excellent. Knobs arrived in good time and well packed. Very easy to fit but really need to be made in a more robust material but that's down to the manufacturer

  I am a customer who has never bought spare parts on line before so I thought this time I would give it a try. I found the web site very easy to manoeuvre through to find items. Once I found the item it was very helpful to be able to view the knob from different angles as I was able to compare the broken one to the picture in detail and close up as some items look very similar. Just to make sure I also called the customer helpline who were very helpful and explained the simple return policy if I was not happy with the product. With a little push the knob was replaced in seconds. Overall happy with the result,will defiantly be looking at espares again first it I need any other spare parts.

  There are several types of very similar knobs with different shaft lengths and orientations and the photos from multiple angles helped me find exactly the rights ones I needed. Thanks.

  unfortunately stems were too long.However we were still able to use them they just stick out a bit.It was great to be able to know what temperature the oven was at thank-you.

  I thought I was going to have to buy a new oven. These control knobs were not exactly the same as the old ones (my oven is over ten years old) however, they fit perfectly and allow me to operate the oven without resorting to pliars! Thank you!

  I have used Espares several times now, mainly for cooker and oven parts. I have purchased spares on various online sites before, to save money, but it has always been false economy.The parts are usually wrong or poor quality and I end up spending more (I have boxes of wrong parts!!) The Espares photos show the item exactly, which is important with things like 'cooker knobs' as the what appears to be the same knob on a cooker can have different 'shanks'.Espares are also good on postal cost and speed.I will only use Espares in future..silly me for going elsewhere!.
