  Does the job but is very noisy in our old tumble dryer may be in a newer tumble the noise maybe not so intrusive

  The balls appear to the job of separating the clothes and therefore drying them quicker and my wife is happy. I think they are noisy.

  I find these quite effective and the fabrics are quite soft without using fabric softener which can irritate a sensitive skin. I am pleased with my purchase even though it is quite noisy in the drum.
