  Purchased this as a replacement for an AEG guenuine one but it was made slightly bent and the fixing screw was not quite in the right place. Had to make it fit as we required the oven for a dinner party

  This model of Oven seems to destroy elements and I have replaced the main oven element at least once a year since owning it. I have read reviews on this model of oven and it seems its not an isolated problem so clearly it is not a reflection on the quality of the spare parts fitted. Espares have provided parts in good time and always turn up as expected and well packaged to prevent damage.

  E spares always deliver in few days to the Scottish Highlands and always well packaged. The oven element fits easily and lasts about 1and half years with frequent use.

  Reasonable replacement. 05 November 2009

  The unit appeared at first glance to be a direct replacement for the original Tricity Bendix part, but unfortunately the fixing holes were too far apart by approx 3mm each. However this was easily remedied by slotting the holes with an electric drill.

  The product works really well, and hopefully will still do so even though it is only held in with 2 screws! Although it was sold to fit all ovens - well a wide range that included mine, the holes for the screws are not in the right places - the bar that holds them in place is a different length so only the top screw will go in. BUT now it is kind of fixed in - it does the job and was good value.
