Dishwasher pulses as if to start,sometimes taking in a splash of water but never gets going.Have replaced both pumps in the last little while so I`m sure its not them,thinking its either this regen valve or pressure switch. 1 Answer

Take one of the spray arms off. If the machine then starts and runs make sure the spray jets are clear of debris as this can cause this problem.
