Description
This universal door seal is designed to fit most modern ovens that have a four sided seal with square corners. It will not effectively replace seals with curved corners. The seal attaches to the body of the oven by a single hook in each corner.
Please make sure that there is a single hole in each corner of your oven. This will not fit ovens that have two holes in each corner.
The kit includes a 2m length of black door seal that you cut to the right size for your oven, plus 4 corner hooks to attach the seal to the body.
To fit the new seal:
Measure the distance between the holes
Cut the top, bottom and sides of the seal to size
Trim the corners to 45°
Insert the barbed corner hooks into the slot of the seal
Clip the corner hooks into the holes on the face of the oven
Where possible we recommend that you order a branded/genuine door seal for your cooker. To find out if we carry the door seal for your oven please enter your oven model number in the search box above.

Delivery was quick and the fitting very easy, but initially the oven door had to be shut very firmly. After a week of use the oven door shuts normally.
I noticed immediately that the oven comes up to correct temperature with no heat loss.

QWill this work on a New World 70TC with rounded corners without drilling1 Answer
Will this work on a New World 70TC with rounded corners without drilling. It appears to be a less than documented approach. Will it just click into the channel where the current seal lives.

QThe inner glass panel on my main (lower) oven is not properly secured to the door.1 Answer
The panel seems to be secured at the top but not at the bottom where there is a clear gap.
It looks as though it was initiall "glued" to the door.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Have you checked to see of there is/should be a door seal/gasket that may be missing. I would be very surprised if the glass panel was supposed to be 'glued in'.
QThe rubber keeps slipping off the clip on the bottom left hand side of the oven where it joins1 Answer
The rubber is one continous length that joins a clip on the bottom left hand side of the oven. It doesnt seem to be glued but slowly recoils towarsd the right and slips off the clip. Can you please tell me what to do?

Hi Ash. I presume as you describe 'one continuous length' that you're describing your existing door seal - a different door seal to this one. It sounds as if the seal has lost some of its elastic qualities, and it sounds as if it'll need to be replaced. To find out whether we have a genuine replacement for your door seal, search your cooker's model number in the bar at the top of the page. If not, this seal, or its three sided counterpart may well be suitable replacements.
