THE ITEM IS OF THE QUALITY EXPECTED AND WORKS VERY WELL EVEN BEARING IN MIND IT WAS DIFFERENT TO THE ORIGINAL ONE SUPPLIED WITH THE MACHINE. SO EXCELLENT.

Product is an improvement on the original due to hose input relocation - however it is very expensive and there is no alternative available to be able to use the machine so you have to buy it. Ensure that it is stored away from freezing conditions when it is not needed

Hi team I don't know wether it will last any longer than the other 2 yet. Having had to replace 2 already but i see that karcher have brought out a replacement did they have problems with them if so they should have replaced them free of charge

After my original and then a replacement gun of the first design iteration broke, due to bad design at the hose inlet, Karcher have eventually re-designed the product.....and about time too! This design has the hose entering at a much stronger area with less stress being applied and therefore, is far less likely to sustain damage. A worthy replacement. I am now in the habit of removing and re-fitting the hose for use and this has the added benefit of making it easier to reel the hose as it is not still under pressure. With so many being damaged, Karcher should have admitted liability for the design fault and replaced the original design F.O.C. to retain customer loyalty, especially as this item is not cheap.

Finally I got it sorted 16 April 2013
This is not a 'dig' at E Spares as they actually saved my life with my pressure washer, but I am absolutely disgusted at Karcher for having such expensive perishable items. My pressure washer was only a year and 'one use' old and the hose thread compromised when i came to use it again and it kept firing off the machine at high speed, then they changed the gun fitting , so my new hose no longer fitted my original gun. It cost me £100 approx to get my washer going again, and it is a premium price washer. Thanks e- speres for being there to help and having the right items I needed, but I am absolutely fuming at Karcher for their lack of support when I called them. E Spares highly recommended though.
