  As a new customer, you are always weary of buying from an unfamiliar website, being in IT just makes you more careful. But i have to say this is one of the good ones. Signed up and Ordered the spray gun, it arrived in a couple of days, as the Q&A said went straight on to my older model. This is one of the only places i could find that actually sell the spares you usually only dream of getting, so i think prices are good and the service was excellent.

  The lance on the KB6060 developed a leak at the point the hose joins the handle - bit dissappinted that happened really. Have used e-spares before and trust them plus they generally have everything you need. Took a bit of a while and a few phone calls and e-mails to establish the correct replacement for my model - apparently there are two possibles - depends upon chassis number of the main unit. Anyway, eventually got the right one - pretty easy to fit and now up and washing again. My low rating represents the dissappointment at having to replace the original - so reflects upon Karcher. e-spares were very good
