Original spray gun on an obsolete Kärcher Pressure Washer failed, possibly due to frost damage. Details sent off to espares by email who identified an alternative. This unit is not identical to the original but is equally as good. espares also suppled the correct O rings for the hose ends. Parts were not in stock but arrived, well packed, within a couple of days.

Good Replacement 31 December 2010
My Karcher is an old model with an old gun where the pressure hose goes into the back of the gun. This new design is much more robust and I don't have to worry about dropping the gun and damaging the hose inlet. Much better designed and fit for purpose. Excellent.

An updated part, which hopefully won't crack as easily as the original, and easy to fit. (I would advise also replacing the gasket on the hose to which it fits).

Karcher Pressure Washer Gun 26 October 2010
The more modern ranges of washers have their technical details pinned onto the body of the machine. Mine is an older 520M and had no information on it at all. Despite helpful internet sites I still had to call Karcher to nail down the correct gun which had (of course) changed since I bought it. I then ordered the part no. given from espares. The hose now fits in the base of the gun not on the top. It was a bit of struggle to get the hose "home" and slide in the holding gate but it held and stayed in under water pressure. Tip: make absolutely sure you research for the right part no. before buying as it wasn't obvious to me from the internet that this was the right configuration for my particular washer.

Excellent replacement 22 July 2010
My damaged handle was now obsolete so was a little anxious about the newer version ordered. Turned out to be easier to fit the pressure hose than I expected and the washer was up and running in 5 minutes. Just managed to beat the hosepipe ban and sort the patio out in double quick time!!

Easy to fit and use and looks as though it is a bit more robust than the original which didn't get a lot of use but broke twice before I replaced it - time will tell...

The joy of purchasing a Karcher pressure washer is the fact that you can easily purchase spare parts from the likes of e spares. This was a replacement for my last gun that cracked due to the cold weather, the replacment took 1 minute to fit and that was me up and running. job done.
