  I thought I was in for an expensive repair bill when the height adjustment arm for my Flymo lawnmower was snapped off. But the part from e spares was only a few pounds and so easy to fit. I originally ordered the wrong part (finger trouble!) but there was no problem in returning it and getting a credit while ordering the right part. Great service
