not so easy to fit but knowing they are genuine parts makes it worth while . a small drg telling you upper left /lower right or upper right/lower left when only needing 1 hinge would help in the selection process

PRODUCT VERY EASY TO FIT AND WE NOW HAVE A FRIDGE DOOR THAT DOESN'T DRAG AGAINST THE ATTACHED UNIT. THE DIFFERENCE IS A 100% BETTER. WE SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED NEW HINGES 2 YEARS AGO!.. jUST WATCH YOUR FINGERS AS THE HINGES CAN BE VERY SNAPPY BEFORE BEING FITTED.

Fridge door broken: looking at £350 for a replacement fridge or alternatively £27 for a new hinge. Even with my limited DIY capabilities this was a particularly astute investment!

This hinge needed replacing because the integral return spring had broke meaning that the fridge door could easily be left ajar. I originally bought the pattern part which was slightly cheaper than the original but on fitting I discovered that it was not fit for purpose as it had too much play in it. Whenever I opened the fridge door it dropped a good half inch and was of the opinion that it wouldn't have lasted long and also placed undue wear and tear on the other hinge. A lesson learned! The genuine item is a perfect replacement and was simple to fit, even to a fridge door that has a cupboard panel fitted to it. Always lightly lubricate the moving parts with a little machine oil before fitting as this will provide smooth operation and prolong the life of the hinge.

Hinges delivered quickly, fairly easy to fix but really need assistance to support heavy fridge door. Renewed top and bottom hinges together. Have done this before, but they did not last vey long. These do seem to be good quality.
