  Nightmare to fit. 28 March 2018

  Fixing the new belt was a complete nightmare as the belt is ridiculously tight. I wasn’t able to stretch it enough and a rather more muscular relative only managed it after heating the belt on a hot radiator to expand it a little. The back of the drum was buckled in the effort and no longer seals agains the rear seal properly. Next time a new belt is required it’ll be a new drier!

  Replacement belt 24 November 2016

  The belt we received was about 1/4" smaller than the broken original, we managed to fit it but the tumble dryer is now making a grating noise. Not convinced we have received the correct replacement for a machine.

  Well the part does not fit we are not able to return as once opened we could not reseal into the original packaging as completely torn so we are a bit wary of ordering another part so we will have to purchase a new tumble dryer it seems

  Didn't last a week 07 August 2015

  Took ages for two men to fit as it was a very tight fit. My husband actually made me check that I'd ordered the right one as he thought it was to small. Finally got it fitted... then lasted less than a week! The belt looked and felt robust (not that I know anything about tumble dryer belts), but I was surprised and disappointed with how long it lasted. Not sure to buy a new one or just a new tumble!!!

  tumble drier belt not for the weak 21 November 2013

  i managed most of the repair, new bearings and seal. Then all I had to do was fit the belt! placed over drum easy then stretch over motor spindle, impossible, so had to pay call out fee for two men to come and fit the belt. they did not find it easy, but using the old belt and his foot, with the other man holding the machine at an angle they manage it.

  Does not fit indisit IS60V 26 April 2010

  I fitted the belt fine by taking both side off the dryer, removing the drum from it's fittings and using the whole thing as leverage to fit around the motor to stretch the belt. Even then I knew the belt was too small but had to give it a crack. It needs to be about an inch longer. It would take ages faffing around trying to get a new one so am forced to buy a new tumble dryer as I've got young kids and pretty annoyed wife who can't wait any longer to get things sorted.

  snapped belt 24 May 2009

  dryer drive belt only lasted a week don,t know if it is faulty part or dryer related , motor on dryer and drum both running free , used belt tool to chahge i will re-order and try again watch this space..
