saved me a fortune as i didnt have to buy a new dryer hard to fit had to dismantle the dryer drum which was easy enough then came the hard part ,getting it on to drive shaft. got there in end after traping finger twice everything works like brand new

I found the belt really tight however, I left it pre-stretching over the drum with a club hammer head under it for an hour. With the side panel off, I 'helped' the belt on using a screwdriver blade through the belt levering it against the very convenient recessed lip on the motor and all was well.

A quality part. a little difficult to fit as the belt only just seems to fit around the drum without even considering the motor, however gentle persuasion sorted it eventually

RIBBED DRIVE BELT 12 December 2008
Difficult to fit but works fine after a bit of sweat. Removed side panel to allow access but needed someone to hold machine together while fitting belt.
