  better than the original. Very easy to fit. Turn of Gas and lecky to start with. Once cooker pulled out there are 3 screws running down the front, one in the grill edge and two in oven edge, and three in the back on the edge. once undone the side pulls out but be gentle. There are two screws that hold the switch in , swap the connections over and refit. took me 10/15mins.

  this is a double handed job as the oven unit needs to be taken out as it is heavy. and the top, back and side removed to access part very easy to fit

  Single pole oven door microswitch 09 August 2010

  This appears to be the bit on my Creda oven that dies most frequently. I've purchased 2 spares now (over a 6 year period) and have been pleased by the quality of the part and the simplicity of fitting. I'm not a sparky and had no problems at all fitting this. Spend £15 here and avoid pointless fitting costs / over priced parts from your high street spark. Thank you, e Spares.

  Micro S/W fitting 05 February 2010

  First SWITCH OFF THE POWER This should be an easy task,but beware! Pull the cooker out from it's cabinet enough to get to the access plate for the micro switch, remove the 2 holding screws from the micro switch. Remove the elongated black blanking plug from the front of the cooker frame, just above the switch because this obstructs the top L/H corner of the switch, this is where it can get difficult if the cables are loose it should be ok, remove the plugs from the switch, plug onto the new S/W refit the S/W. If the cables are tight this point you may short out the cables on a very sharp cable clip. From then on it's cooker out remove back & side cover remove the cable clip repair the damage and reassemble
