Another great cost saver. 27 August 2013
This product has given me back my washer/dryer and saved a call-out charge for an engineer. The on-line video was a great help and I viewed it before I ordered the part and also during installation. I have purchased quite a few spares on E-spares and would advise anyone to check out E-spares to see if they can carry out their own repair. I also got my dishwasher back when I purchased new tray wheels which were broken.

Espares online demo didn't correlate to the hotpoint we own, they recommended access from below. Used another demo site and followed advice to remove top of machine to access manual lever. fiddly to fit, good to have a friend to help. Great sense of satisfaction to mend it and save save save £££

Excellent service, got the washing machine running the next day! 17 April 2013
Went home for lunch, the wife was in a panick because she could not get into the washing machine, we have three young kids ,so it gets used constantly! Turned out the handle innards had broken, found the required part with the simple menu navigation on the website, added the part to the basket, selected next day delivery and had paid by 1pm! The courier turned up the next day at 11 am, as predicted via the tracking number provided, came home for lunch, fitted the part, the washing machine was working again, all within 24 hrs and for less than a technicians call out charge, brilliant and highly recommend!! A+++

Simple but essential part - new washing machine door handle 07 April 2013
Combination of ease of location on web of correct part, simple ordering, and easily found fitting instructions was first class. Call out to replace would have been at least four times what I paid. A direct replacement for the old "four candles" shop keeper my father would have used in the old "repair it not bin it" days. Shame you can't pop out and buy it anymore when your need is most urgent. Only concern is that this is the second handle I have had to replace in two years. Either it has a latent weakness in the original or my fitting skills are not as good as I like to think. This one fits better....

This product would've cost me twelve pounds more for next day delivery from Hotpoint. Not only was the product amazing value, but the customer service was outstanding!
