  A fiddely fix 16 January 2014

  Ordered three parts to cure a 'locked' hotpoint door after understanding what was required from watching an eSpares video on 'how to......'. The only problem was the parts arrived as separate items and it took quite a while to work out how to put them together. In the end all ok and it would have cost a lot more if I had to call out an engineer. So thanks for the helpful video and confirming what parts were required.

  Door handle for Hotpoint Washing Machine 30 December 2013

  I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money on a new Washing Machine, but getting the handle from espares saved us a fortune! It wasn't easy to fit, but eventually managed it. Great service.

  Great alternative to spending ten times as much on an official repairman. The videos on the website were invaluable, I used a combination of three to explore the problem & fix it. Not always as simple as the video makes it look, but with a few attempts I was successful. The eSpares website also makes it easy to find your correct part - through confirmation of the serial number located on your machine.

  Very good product reasonably easy to fit your video suggested removing door to ease fitting I could not remove the door on my Hotpoint so it was a bit fiddly but eventually fitted it in about 30 minutes, very pleased.
