  This is the first 'spare' part we have brought and fitted ourselves. We followed the video instructions and we no longer have a leaky washer. Brill - definitely will use espares again when needed.

  One Very Pleased Customer 30 December 2013

  This product arrived promptly and once I'd seen the video on the espares website was relatively straight forward to fit - my wife was pleased to be able to use the washing machine without it leaking from the front and I was pleased to be able to fix it at a small cost. Just one thing to note - I managed to position the 2 small holes in the seal at 7 o'clock, not 6 o'clock, and think I now need to puncture 2 small holes in the seal at the 6 o'clock position so the small amount of water that collects in the seal can drain away (or completely re-fit the seal and retainer clip).

  Received seal very quickly, then fitted it to my hotpoint with relative ease.the key is if your mechanicly minded think and look before you start the job.took me 30 mins from start to finish.

  I HATE WASHING MACHINES 03 October 2013

  the spare part was excellent and the ordering and delivery were first class (loved the free pen as well). Unfortunately I am completely useless at DIY and my attempt at repairs ended with total failure (two days, several bits left over, broken detergent drawer and door won't lock) and my wife scanning the web for a new machine. Still love e spares though.
