Was exactly as described and as promised fitting it was a doddle. Seems bit expensive just for a piece of rubber.

I had thought of buying a cheaper generic seal but at the last minute decided to pay extra for the original Bosch part. I'm glad I did. The part fitted on in about five seconds with the little clips whereas I would have had to cut the other to size and stick it on. What a difference it makes to the oven..heats up in less than half the time. I Hadn't realised how much it had deteriorated over time. Yes, well worth the money.

Technophobes like me put off getting to grips with the basic maintenance of things like ovens - what's the right part number and how is it fitted? However, the Espares telephone helpline guided my steps and in spite of the blizzards the part, an oven seal, arrived amazingly quickly saving our Christmas day and winning for me the grudging approval of even my wife who has long regarded me as a total berk.
