  Before removing the broken assembly check how the spring fits into the catch. You need two pairs of synchronised and patient hands. Not the easiest to fit but achieveable.

  very reasonably priced. Quite fiddly to fit, so it may be worthwhile getting the extra tools required for assembly . Although we did eventually managed to fit it after a few attempts. It fits and works perfectly. I was worried I would need a complete new door or worse a new washing machine, but this has saved us lots of money. very pleased with it.
