Bit tricky to fit but got there in the end. Now that it's fitted it's good - much less stiff than the one that broke

Exactly the same as original but kit did not include the pivot-pin (had to use the original). Had to get help to hold the spring in place whilst inserting the pivot pin. Only 4stars because pivot-pin not supplied.

The assembly was exactly the same as the original part, fitting was very straightforward, the only fiddly bit was getting the pivot pin in and out, small flat headed screwdriver helped. Do not force, jiggle it until it lines up - goes in easy.

Instead of buying new machine,looked on line and found spare parts needed!Saved lots of money by doing this too! An extra pair of hands needed as it was a bit fiddly.Job done and machine back to normal.Would recommend. ++++ Always check your model name/number from list as there are lots to choose from!

Handle and lock assembly helped me to save myself a trouble (and expense of 50-80 euros) of getting the handyman to fix my machine. It takes some time to fit the part but it's not prohibitively difficult to do so. I personally recommend visiting "Advice centre" section of E-spares webpage. Films and articles helped me to learn how to unlock the broken door and replace the part. Thanks for your help Rory!

Easy to idenfify the product on the website. When it arrived I was able to fit the part myself, although the fitting was a little fiddly and took 2 people (4 hands!). Overall I am very pleased with it. The washing machine now is fully functional again.

Prompt delivery and useful on line video of how to fit the product. However, the handle fits a variety of machines and there are small differences between machines and the instructions were not quite specific to my washing machine. This made the job a bit fiddly. However, I'd recommend. Good saving on a call out.
