  Saved buying a new machine 18 January 2018

  The part is easy to fit. Locate the spring on the hoop holding the door seal in place and remove the hoop by stretching. Push back the rubber, hold the switch in place and undo the two screws, take the switch out change over the electric leads (plug in) and reassemble. Done slowly it might take 30 minutes of which 10 would be finding the right screwdriver.

  Couriers late delivery let it down 18 December 2017

  5* Bosch part for my siemens washer fitted in minutes. Took 3 days longer than advertised to arrive - 1 day for no apparent reason and 2 for the snow - we had none between the depot and us - am blaming the couriers rather than espares Have used them for other things in the past without hiccup and was refunded my next day delivery fee without asking.

  Does the job and good value. 01 May 2015

  Not a difficult repair to do, just have to peel back the door seal in lock area after removing wire lock ring. wires are very short connecting to the lock which makes things a bit of a fiddle. 2 screws securing the lock are self tappers so can be quite tight to refit, use a good fitting screwdriver to make it easier. and of course ensure the mains plug is removed before attempting any repair.

  Nice part but... 02 August 2013

  The part was almost an exact replica. However with the Siemens washing machine I have the interlock is held in place with spring loaded pins which are built into the original interlock. The replacement part just had 2 holes. Fortunately I had some 3mm pins and nuts and once fitted it was fine.

  Easy fitting and good value 25 February 2013

  Bought this interlock without having much knowledge of how to fit it. After watching the videos from ESpares it took no time at all. I would say that it is a little fiddly and you will need to source some self tapping screws to secure the new lock if your old one was a push fit like my original Bosch had.

  Great service 05 May 2011

  Arrived quite quickly with good comms from seller. Door switch not the easiest to fit as there is very limited access between door rubber and the switch. Had to remove the machines front panel and then fitting was quite easy. No complaints about the part itself all working as it should.It should be noted that on my Bosch machine there were no screws holding the switch in place just a tight fit moulding, new part needed screws to secure it (not suppied)
