  tumble dryer door catch 31 July 2010

  my original door catch snapped in the tumble dryer,the new one is very easy to replace and work was able to start again within 3 mins of removin the old catch and replacing it . just hve to remember to keep the old fitting screw.

  I have been very pleased with my internet purchase from e spares. The door latch was as described and easy to fit when it arrived. The only negative was the amount of time that it took to arrive and it was two days later than advised when purchased.

  door latch faulty? 25 February 2010

  bought door latch, fitted. found door still not closing and dryer still works when door open. if your latch is broken, would recommend taking the time to check door interlock assy.in my case i found both to be faulty, and suspect one took the other out.just wish i had the foresight to check both.then i could have saved myself a second delivery charge. still faulty dryer,waiting till able to afford the more expensive interlock assy part.wife not best pleased.happy D.I.Y ! when i say professional tradesperson,i am purely a refrigeration engineer, and have limited experience in other fields.well thats my excuse and i am sticking to it.
