  This item is an electronic printed circuit and should be treated as such. The packaging was so poor that the first item received was damaged as the item could rattle round in the box. Where was the antistatic packaging? However, a replacement was sent out by courier and this worked ok. Initialising the board was a pain as the unit has to be removed from the washer front plate to get access to the reset button. I would have given 5 stars had the packaging and ease of initialisation been better. However, speed of shipping and customer service was excellent

  Programme controller for Hotpoint BFI620 19 July 2013

  I was surprised the part worked after it arrived bouncing around in an empty box, no padding included in outer or inner box. What kind of staff are employed that would sent off an electronic component like that. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for the part to arrive. A very poor service in relation to delivery of product. Price was not cheap! The part was reasonably easy to fit. The instructions in the box for the part on power up were for a different type dishwasher, so I just started up as normal and it seemed to work fine.

  Dishwasher timer module 04 January 2013

  The product was very easy to fit, also the instruction were easy to follow. I did compare the parts cost to the manufactures, however there was not a lot of difference in price when you added delivery cost. So that was good. If you know what to do you can save yourself the large repair bills for call out engineers.

  Saved me a lot of money!! 05 October 2012

  After being quoted over twice the cost for the part plus fitting from a "reputable" repair man I was told about eSpares. I couldn't find the part initially so emailed my query, received a swift reply with a link to the part & assurances it was the right part. It took a week or so to come but my father & I fitted it easily, I now have a working dishwasher & saved over twice the cost of the part!! So thank you very much Anna Whiteoak

  Definately Value for Money 02 January 2012

  Excellent service by Espares. Instructions that came with Control Card Timer N1045048 were easy to understand. Fitting took less than 5 minutes. Once test cycle had been completed D/W was ready for the onslaught of Christmas. Would I use espares again, Of course.

  Saved me over £300 26 December 2011

  Identical to the original part that failed in my hotpoint dishwasher. Easy to fit - and saved me buying a new Dishwasher and probably an uneconomic repair bill from a service company. I was helped to diagnose the fault through "JustAnswer" which I found when I Googled for fault fixing.

  control cards easy to fit. two screws and 4 connector clips. removed old one and inserted new one in less than 15 minutes.
