  Service from espares is excellent which is just as well for this product. Belling seem to have come up with the weakest possible part here as they are constantly breaking. I now order "spares" of the spares so that I always have a supply to hand. Can't fault espares but the rating is just for the shoddy materials used by Belling.

  These were exactly what we were looking for. We've had to replace several original control knobs and this is the best website we've found. They are easy to fit - simply push on.

  make up of product very flimsy for intended use. replacement very easy to fit and same quality has original. E Sares worth their weight in gold, great.
