  Great service from espares again although I was to say the least very disappointed with the quality of the control knobs. Why do they make them with such cheap plastic's ??they need to be more robust !!!

  Control knobs fit and were cheaper than Belling! Thanks for the great customer service from you guys. You don't get that very often nowdays but the lady on the phone who helped me was knowledgeable,friendly and very helpful. Will definately use espares again.

  The product was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately we have had to replace these knobs several times as they are of a very flimsy design and made of plastic. In future we will examine the constuction of the knobs of any cooker we buy very closely. As it is we are regular customers for this one product....

  i was very happy with my recent purchase of a chrome safety control knob.Even though I had all the correct serial numbers for the product I wanted to be 100% sure I was purchasing the right product.After an e-mail to e spares they were very helpful in correctly identifying the item required and in the week of a postal strike the courier used by espares was the icing on the cake.
