  Vulnerable plastic construction but that's what is available - nothing wrong with it otherwise. (Hint: The metal collar from our old knob was still wrapped around the spike on the cooker, & had to be prised off with a knife before the new knob could be fitted.)

  Rubbish Product, but easily ordered and efficiently delivered 30 August 2011

  Am a regular purchaser of these knobs for my cooker, as they break regularly. The plastic housing to attach it to the cooker splits easily. They seem expensive for such a poor quality product, and would have liked to leave the ratings for quality and value blank, but system forces me to give them at least one mark - far too generous. Fortunately, until I get a new cooker, espares send them promptly.

  I 've found the quality of the knob to be below the standard i'd expect from Belling and quite expensive. The knob is fragile being made from a weak plastic. I've found a number of the knobs have split where the metal insert is located. On a positive note, the knob is easy to replace.
