  Identical Replacement 08 November 2016

  Worked well. Easy to fit (and even could be considered simple with 2 pairs of hands). Coupled with the new seal, this was vastly cheaper than quoted by washing machine repair guy (though I am obviously not paying myself for my time)

  I'm no expert but... 26 November 2013

  So, I'm no expert but a pretty competent DIY'er and so I was able to identify that the seal needed replacing. Finding the model number was a different matter though so I called rather than ordering online. The lady I spoke to knew her stuff and was able to guide me to (a) the model number and (b) the right part. She also advised me regarding the eSpares own product rather than the Bosch part. I ordered this part late one evening and it was delivered the following morning - absolutely faultless. I then watched the video on the eSpares website which took me through how to fit it and I was able to follow the steps pretty easily. I know this review is more about overall service than the part I bought but I was very happy all round. Even though the part was the non-genuine one it was a perfect fit and I would highly recommend it. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend eSpares.
