  They generally work 21 November 2017

  Over the years I have purchased several of these. Some tend to last longer than others. One that I had purchased as a back up spare failed after a few weeks. When I complained, it was pointed out that I had purchased it some months before and therefore was not being replaced under warranty. Obviously I now only buy when definitely needed.

  Your site did not make clear the difference between a much cheaper alternative and the one I ordered - I had to assume the one I bought was a NEFF product. No idea as to quality and value until a few years of use have elapsed. Video vy useful and Red Hot delivery service ( for which thanks)

  Part arrived on time and matched the removed part exactly. Good start! Fitted very quickly and easily Works well and oven is as good as new again.

  Time will tell 08 May 2015

  Having bought a non genuine Neff replacement element previously, it burnt out after 12 months. This time I decided to invest in a genuine Neff element at 3 times the price. I have to rely on e-spares reputation that this is a genuine spare, as it appears identical to the one that burnt out. I don't expect to be replacing this element for 10 years, as this is how long the original one lasted. I have scored quality & value low until I can gauge its durability. Watch the video if in any doubt on how to replace...it's then quite straightforward.

  Product does what it says on the tin! 24 November 2014

  After paying for next day delivery as I had family coming for dinner. I received the element 3 days later! I could have bought this product from a number of suppliers but chose e spares for delivery. E Spares did refund the delivery charge but that did not help me cook dinner for 8 people without an element,
