  Buy this instead of the cheaper alternative 29 September 2015

  I wish I had 2 years ago but I was a cheapskate and the cheaper element blew. However thats not the worst of it when it blew it took out the main oven controller which cannot be replaced so very expensive Neff oven is a right off. If I'd used this element the oven would probably still be in service. So I have to get a new oven and it won't be a Neff.

  Excellent Service 30 August 2015

  To order on a Sunday morning and have it delivered on the Monday morning is proof of the excellent service given by espares. The element was easy to fit and the video explaining how to fit was an added bonus. Oven working within 24 hours.

  Let down by the information 20 May 2015

  This branded element functions perfectly and will probably be reliable. The biggest issue with it is the complete lack of information. When I took out the old element only two wires were visible. A blue /white single on one side and a twin red/white on the other. After fitting and connecting, the oven didn't work ! Fortunately I saw another wire just visible through the slot for terminals and managed to retrieve it with pliers. Now I had no idea where to fit it (another twin red/white) except the general "red to red" rule. Also fortunately, others have had the same problem and the Internet gave the required guidance. (Both twin red/white s go on the same side) If there had been just a small information sheet the number and disposition of wires would have been clear at the outset.

  Time will tell 08 May 2015

  Having bought a non genuine Neff replacement element previously, it burnt out after 12 months. This time I decided to invest in a genuine Neff element at 3 times the price. I have to rely on e-spares reputation that this is a genuine spare, as it appears identical to the one that burnt out. I don't expect to be replacing this element for 10 years, as this is how long the original one lasted. I have scored quality & value low until I can gauge its durability. Watch the video if in any doubt on how to replace...it's then quite straightforward.

  One of my better purchases 18 February 2015

  When our 10-year old oven broke down I was left with 3 choices: call in a repair man, buy a new oven or try to mend it myself. Despite having limited technical ability I decided to take a punt on the last option - nothing ventured and all that. The oven wasn't heating up but appeared to be working correctly in all other respects, including the fan. Conclusion: it must be the element. I googled the details and found eSpares very clear and helpful YouTube video. It looked straightforward enough and what's more could be done without pulling out the oven. Finding the right part for the model was simplicity itself. The order was delivered within a few days and the part fitted in minutes. Then switch the power back on and bingo! A fully functioning oven again! Fantastic! I would certainly recommend your excellent company to friends and family.
