  This is a very good quality product and was delivered the very next day , tracked. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a wiring diagram as 2 of the 3 leads fell off when I took the old one out, I found out eventually but instructions in the box would have been much simpler and quicker.

  Had bought the cheaper element but it only lasted 20 months. This is a Neff original and hoping it will last as long as the original. Extremely easy to fit using the Youtube video

  Your site did not make clear the difference between a much cheaper alternative and the one I ordered - I had to assume the one I bought was a NEFF product. No idea as to quality and value until a few years of use have elapsed. Video vy useful and Red Hot delivery service ( for which thanks)

  From finding the cooker model number, to ordering the correct part, delivery and finally fitting the cooker element, e spares came through with the correct part and delivered when promised. The video was worth watching as very instructional also. Neff genuine part is expensive but offset by fitting it myself so no Engineer charge.
