Great service from espares. Brought an original element rather than a generic one, cost a lot more but was not happy with taking a risk with a cheaper part.

Helpful staff who researched the product.Gave complete assurance the product was correct. Organised rapid delivery. When the product was found to be faulty.Staaf rapidly resolved the problem, re-arranged very good delivery. The product is very expensive and not very good quality.The manufacture needs to have this drawn to their attention.

Exact replacement 24 April 2017
Although I could have bought a cheaper element, this was the only one that was exactly the same as the one I was replacing. This reassured me that it would fit without any minor modification (as reported by others). The video guide gave some extremely useful tips which made fitting the element elementary (sorry!).

Always a very fast despatch and delivery, I like eSpares - the site is so easy to use and the compatibility of parts easy to check before ordering. This time was no exception - and the video 'how to fit' was a bonus to plan the job ahead. On the basis of you-get-what-you-pay-for I selected the higher priced offering as my last cheap replacement element from another source only gave 18 months service before failing again! Time will tell if price and quality are justifiably linked of course - but I suspect that they are.

This is a very good quality product and was delivered the very next day , tracked. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a wiring diagram as 2 of the 3 leads fell off when I took the old one out, I found out eventually but instructions in the box would have been much simpler and quicker.

Had bought the cheaper element but it only lasted 20 months. This is a Neff original and hoping it will last as long as the original. Extremely easy to fit using the Youtube video

Superb service and part 06 September 2017
Great product and great service from all the guys at espares. I didn't even bother to hunt the net for a similar product this time as I knew from past experience that they would be bang on the button with every part of the experience from buying to delivery and guess what, I was right. Ordered in the evening around 7 pm and delivered the next day, part fitted in about 20 min and my cooker was up and running in no time.
