  Thanks very much for this item. Fitted and working perfectly. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would. The box it arrived in was enormous for such a small item.

  There are several replacement elements available at espares for my Neff oven (U1422N0GB/03). All will fit, but this one has the exact same dimensions as the original and fits perfectly without any adjustment required. Also fitting a new element is a two man job as you need help to lift the the oven out of it's housing. So you only want to do this once. recommend spending the extra money and getting this element.

  Over the years I have purchased several of these. Some tend to last longer than others. One that I had purchased as a back up spare failed after a few weeks. When I complained, it was pointed out that I had purchased it some months before and therefore was not being replaced under warranty. Obviously I now only buy when definitely needed.

  Superb service and part 06 September 2017

  Great product and great service from all the guys at espares. I didn't even bother to hunt the net for a similar product this time as I knew from past experience that they would be bang on the button with every part of the experience from buying to delivery and guess what, I was right. Ordered in the evening around 7 pm and delivered the next day, part fitted in about 20 min and my cooker was up and running in no time. BRILLIANT SERVICE GUYS I'LL BE BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Helpful staff who researched the product.Gave complete assurance the product was correct. Organised rapid delivery. When the product was found to be faulty.Staaf rapidly resolved the problem, re-arranged very good delivery. The product is very expensive and not very good quality.The manufacture needs to have this drawn to their attention.

  Although I could have bought a cheaper element, this was the only one that was exactly the same as the one I was replacing. This reassured me that it would fit without any minor modification (as reported by others). The video guide gave some extremely useful tips which made fitting the element elementary (sorry!).

  Good replacement - very easy to fit 16 March 2017

  Always a very fast despatch and delivery, I like eSpares - the site is so easy to use and the compatibility of parts easy to check before ordering. This time was no exception - and the video 'how to fit' was a bonus to plan the job ahead. On the basis of you-get-what-you-pay-for I selected the higher priced offering as my last cheap replacement element from another source only gave 18 months service before failing again! Time will tell if price and quality are justifiably linked of course - but I suspect that they are.
