Just as the video shows, replaceing this oven element is simple, as long as all the screws can be released. (I found one stubborn one that needed to be soaked in MD4 for 10 minutes) Value for money? Well, if the oven lasts another 10 years it will be.

the element was easy to fit thanks to your excelant video but when i had finished the bottom oven didn't work although the top one did i rang up espares but they did not know the reason for this. i was given the telephone number of bosh whom i rang and they new the answer to the problem YOU NEED TO SET THE CLOCK i did this and everything worked

Fan oven element 27 March 2011
I watched your video on fitting which was very clear and helpful. I did exactly as per the instructions until on removing the element when one of the connections fell off behind the hole. I removed the oven complete from its cabinet, removed the back and fitted and connected the element. Tested o.k. Apart from the connection a very easy job!

product was delivered within time expected. Well packaged, protected from in transit damage. Easy instructions for removal of old and connection of new. Value remains to be seen as it's a lot pricier that unbranded alternative, but so far so good

I decided to order a replacement oven element from espares because I was encouraged by the reviews on their website. Having previously had a cheap replacement which had lasted less than 6 months, it seemed wise to purchase an authentic manufacturer's item. It was easy to select the correct product from the listed serial numbers and pictures. The element arrived within a few days and was fitted in a 10 minutes. Thank you espares!

Oven element arrived quickly, and was very easy to fit - once I'd extracted the grime encrusted screws from the back plate - tip: clean the oven, especillay the backplate screw heads *before* attempting to remove screws!

When my Bosch fan oven element broke I ordered a replacement and true to their word it arrived safely in one piece. It was easy to fit and so far is working well. A next day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery might be useful and for me would have been worth an extra £5 to get it next day. That said you delivered what you promised. I couldn't ask for more.

Got oven working again 17 January 2009
Weeell.. I tried to order the low cost £15 universal element but was out of stock for 6 weeks so I ordered the Bosch OEM bit which was allegedly in stock. Then delivery of that was delayed by 2 weeks as it wasn't in stock. But after a couple of weeks it arrived and fitted in 10 minutes, yay working fan oven. So, happy now!

I bought this expensive genuine part in the hope that it would last longer than my previously purchased espares cheap version which failed after 6 months. So far, so good, and fitting was quick and easy.
