  Product quality good. Delivery 1st Class - ordered Sat afternoon, delivered as promised 09:35 Monday. However it was the most expensive of the 3 elements on the list that would have fitted & was listed as "Genuine Neff". No was of telling from the packaging. Installation video good, too.

  The element to our Neff fan oven failed at 4pm on a Friday afternoon - I watched the Espares video on how to replace it - ordered the new element for next day delivery and it arrived on the Saturday at 9.45am and fitted by 10am - well impressesd

  Contacted Espares on their 'chat' with sketchy part numbers but was given great advice and part number. Part arrived quickly and was fitted with ease. I have my oven back in use.

  I phoned E-Spares to confirm that I had the right part number for my fan oven heater element. The lady I spoke too was , very helpful, friendly and confirmed that my part number was correct. The element then arrived two days later much to my wife's delight !! { Although she made me put it in .}
