WHEN THE ELEMENT OF MY NEF FAN OVEN BLEW, I IMMEDIATLY WENT TO E SPARES, THEY HAVE NEVER LETME DOWN WITH ANY SPARES THAT I HAVE REQUIRED BEFORE. AS EVER THE PART FINDER WAS EXCELLENT AND THE DETAIL DESCRIPTION WAS GREAT PRICE WAS NOT AN ISSUE AND THE DELIVERY WAS PROMPT. FITTING THE GENUINE PART WAS EASY AND I HAD MY OVEN WORKING IN A MATTER OF A FEW DAYS, MAKING A HUGE SAVING ON CALL OUTS . THANKS E SPARES

Quick delivery, easy to install 24 February 2009
Oven element arrived quickly, and was very easy to fit - once I'd extracted the grime encrusted screws from the back plate - tip: clean the oven, especillay the backplate screw heads *before* attempting to remove screws!

When my Bosch fan oven element broke I ordered a replacement and true to their word it arrived safely in one piece. It was easy to fit and so far is working well. A next day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery might be useful and for me would have been worth an extra £5 to get it next day. That said you delivered what you promised. I couldn't ask for more.

Got oven working again 17 January 2009
Weeell.. I tried to order the low cost £15 universal element but was out of stock for 6 weeks so I ordered the Bosch OEM bit which was allegedly in stock. Then delivery of that was delayed by 2 weeks as it wasn't in stock. But after a couple of weeks it arrived and fitted in 10 minutes, yay working fan oven. So, happy now!

Great part at great price. ordered on Thursday lunch time, arrived Ssturday morning!! Easy to fit. Only took 20mins. Saved a fortune in call out/repair fees. Oven is better than before. Would recomend this part and this web site. One last tip - remember to switch electricity off (as per previous reviewer - and then remember to turn all fuses on after fitting - we did not and thought hob had now stopped working!!!!!!)

I changed my neff oven element it is not a difficult job to do took me 30 min and that was giving the oven a good clean with a hoover. one top tip is to write down where the coloured wires go. the element fitted into place perfectly and the oven is now working (no more salads).

Our Neff oven had started playing up. After some hefty charges on previous repairs and some internet browsing I decided to chance my arm and replace the element. Easy to fit and it worked! All set for the xmas turkey!

My NEFF fan assisted oven died. Called the NEFF service guys and "go buy a new one" [£430 + fitting] I was told. Found the fault myself [ dead element ] and searched for a quality match element. e-spares shipped the best quality replacement for just 8% of the service/replacement quote. 4 screws to undo - 5min clean all and replace - 4 screws back in and a test. The fan oven is 8 years old, and now is working 100% again

I decided to order a replacement oven element from espares because I was encouraged by the reviews on their website. Having previously had a cheap replacement which had lasted less than 6 months, it seemed wise to purchase an authentic manufacturer's item. It was easy to select the correct product from the listed serial numbers and pictures. The element arrived within a few days and was fitted in a 10 minutes. Thank you espares!
