  product was delivered within time expected. Well packaged, protected from in transit damage. Easy instructions for removal of old and connection of new. Value remains to be seen as it's a lot pricier that unbranded alternative, but so far so good

  Can't believe I did it 15 April 2010

  The You tube clip that shows you how to fit the element is excellent. I've never done anything like this before but my oven is now working. It took me 75 minutes, as it took a while to get the oven door off and removing the wires from the old element was quite hard (gently use pliers), but I did it and would recommend the site to anyone prepared to have a go.

  Cannot fault the video help with fitting my new element. Had given up on my fan oven as I had had registered Neff fitters out 3 times to put new element in which had lasted only a year. Realize now that they were not probably using named elements.Oven working 100 % now I am waiting to see how long the element lasts. Either way I have saved a small fortune.

  It was great to find a product that was delivered swiftly , well packaged and with full instructions. Normally I would have bought a new cooker rather then bothering to get it fixed by an expensive Bosch engineer. E-Spares made it really easy and I saved a fortune! Thanks
