  Short bulb life 07 September 2010

  Bulb 'blew' within 72 hours of fitting. There was a sivery white deposit on the glass, and the glass was cracked/broken adjacent to the metal cap. Could I have your views on this please? I did use the new cover purchased at the same time

  Unfortunatly this oven lamp did not fit our oven,even though it was specified, and it would have been just as costly to return it as to finding another that did fit.
