great bulb but pricey 17 December 2008
Great bulb and easy to install. The hardest part of installation was unscrewing the glass bulb protector in the oven. The bulb was very expensive though and I hope it lasts a long time to justify the £10 plus price tag.

My new oven lamp arrived safely in Glasgow. Costing me a lot less than I could find locally. It was packaged and on time. Let there be light and there was light !!! After weeks of wondering if my haggis was properly cooked, and you don't want to eat that stuff raw, the E14 Oven lamp was received and easily installed in my Neff Oven and I was again in the culinary know.

value was good, delivery was quicker than promised - ta! However I could not fit as I was unable to remove the existing broken bulb until I had contacted NEFF Head Office who put me through to Service Section when I explained my problem. The Service Section made several suggestions on how to unscrew lamp internally from oven roof -unfortunately I had already tried all of these methods & they'd failed, so they then reported on a tool costing £8 which they had now developed for customers' also having same problem. I ordered tool which arrived in two days & was perfect for I had removed lamp cover, replaced broken bulb & returned lamp cover within 5 minutes the tool is a must & should be advocated when oven is purchased.
