  Rubbish bulbs 25 April 2015

  I keep on buying these bulbs because I don't know where else to get them but they never last very long and one has just blown on 25 April which I fitted on 19 April. The previous one lasted from December to March. Surely there must be a better brand than this one

  Failed second time it was switched on 01 April 2015

  This bulb replaced an oven bulb which had lasted 14 years. I fitted it easily and it worked, but the second time I turned the oven on, the light bulb blew. I found a local supplier to replace it with a different make which is working.

  When this arrived, inserted it into the oven & it blew straight away, Thought it could be an issue with the oven so went out & brought another one from a local retailer & this one was fine, so obviously a faulty bulb.

  Did not fit 04 February 2015

  There was nothing wrong with the quality of the bulb, in fact it was so well packaged in the largest box I have ever seen for such a small product, and service for delivery very good but I was very dissappointed that it was the wrong size for my Belling cooker which it said would fit and therefore is redundant in a kitchen drawer, we had to go to a local diy store in the end. You should be more carefull about product description.

  Unfortunately one of the lamps was faulty and 'blew up' as soon as it lit up but the second lamp worked fine.

  Disappointed 12 July 2012

  I only put in this bulb 2 days ago [10 july] and today it has blown. In the past we've had no problem as we've used a philips brand, but after reading the good reviews that these bulbs have had I thought I would give them a try. Think I'll stick with Philips in the future.

  Lamp fitted easily, light in the oven at last! Hold on tho', its blown after 5 mins without any heat in the oven. Must return it.
