  Item delivered next day securely packaged and in perfect condition. Fitting would have been straightforward but one of the connectors in the cooker had an extremely short lead and so it was a bit if a struggle!

  Part was despatched quickly. Online video was very clear and easy to follow and we managed to fit it ourselves therefore saving an expensive call out fee. Will probably order another to keep spare as from experience they only last a couple of years and our oven gets used a lot.

  When taking out the old element pull some slack through you can pull off the connectors by pulling and moving them from side to side push them on the same way when fitting the new one push the slack back through and fit the screws done on my oven I took a photo of the fan cover to make sure it went back on the same way

  My Oven element failed on 30 March, I was able to easily identify and confirm the item I needed to order from espares ( the video helped with the removal process) The replacement arrived on the following morning and was fitted and running successfully within 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service
