  I have used espares a few times now and their service is Outstanding. the heating element on my oven give up the ghost, so I contacted the emergency services (ESPARES) and hey presto new part delivered next day. Excellent quality part same as old one, so easy to fit, and great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending espares to anyone . So if you have a dodgy Washer, cooker, dryer, etc and need a part fast, you know who to call first. thanx a lot to all at ESPARES.

  fitted this element in about 15 mins just needed to undo 4 screws on the fan cover and 2 on the element. just make sure you turn the power off.

  Spot on spare part, fitted with video 09 October 2014

  Perfect fit for our cooker, part ordered derived from model No. very easy to find. Quick delivery too. Video tutorial gave excelent help and gave the self belief I could do it, I feel technically capable but not the confidence. Part with postage 1/2 the price for a call out from local repair company thats before time and parts! No brainer really.

  The ease of finding the part I needed was fantastically enhamced by the "How to fit" video, which, once I had viewed it, I found I was replace the element with the greatest of ease and confidence. After I had replaced the element nothing on the oven worked - previously both the fan and the light working had eased my initial diagnosis. However, on viewing another short video on general oven problems it was mentioned that if there was a timer on the oven you needed to reset the clock for it to work.(I had not done this as I wanted to see if the oven worked when I first switched it back on.) Once I reset the clock every thing worked fine. Saved a lot of time and money and had the satisfaction of Fixing it Myself! That is, me and espares! Many Thanks to them.
